Step 1 - Request a Quote

Most projects start with a simple request. Fill out our short contact form and tell us what you need help with. We’ll review your needs and contact you within one business day to schedule a conversation.

Step 2 - Project Consultation

We’ll talk about your business, what you want to accomplish, the obstacles in your way, and the details that could affect the project. This gives us what we need to recommend the best starting point.

Step 3 - Review Your Proposal

After the consultation, we’ll send a written proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost. You’ll know exactly what is included and what to expect before making a decision.

Step 4 - Approve & Schedule

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize the agreement and lock in your start date. You will receive a few questionnaires and a checklist of anything else we need from you so everything is ready when the project begins.

Step 5 - Your Project Begins

We begin with the items outlined in your proposal and follow the agreed timeline from there. You’ll receive updates along the way, and we’ll involve you whenever a decision or approval is needed.

Step 6 - Final Review

You’ll have an opportunity to review everything included in this stage of the project. We’ll walk through it with you, answer your questions, and make any agreed final adjustments.

Step 7 - Project Completion

Final approval is the last step before we close out the project. We’ll take care of the remaining details, make sure you receive everything included in your proposal, and explain anything you need to know moving forward.

Step 8 - Ongoing Partnership

When the initial project is complete, we continue with any ongoing support included in your proposal. Because we already understand your business, goals, and priorities, you have a partner who is prepared to help with what comes next.
